Featuring a new series of sculptural lamps created across a variety of media. The works are delicately rendered in brass with stone supports and hand-made paper diffusers; some are cast in bronze or created from dried milkweed branches and rocks collected from the forest near Coan’s home and studio. Fitted with micro LEDs, Coan’s work occupies a liminal space between sculpture and functional object.
